A roadmap that scores itself

A five-factor scoring model that turns dozens of epics into a defensible order.

The problem

A platform with dozens of epics and a small team needs a defensible way to decide what ships.

What I did

I built a five-factor scoring model: Impact ×2, Dependency ×1.5, Strategic fit ×1, minus Effort ×0.8 and Risk ×0.5. Scores map to tiers (Critical, High, Medium, Low). I also wrote the PRDs behind the platform: offline mode with a 30-day entitlement window, social login, payments with market packs for Egypt and Saudi Arabia (including local e-invoicing), and a separation of international catalogue from Arabic-first discovery. I set up a written operating agreement with the CTO that defines who owns what.

What it produced

A repeatable method that other product leads can reuse. I describe it in more detail in UnIndexed and in talks.
