WORK · CASE 03
A distribution stack that does not conflict with itself
One shop, one path: adding channels without duplicate listings, parity breaches or unclear rights.
The problem
An aggregator that sends the same title to many channels risks duplicate listings, price-parity breaches and unclear rights.
What I did
I mapped which channels already sit behind the baseline distributor and which need a direct route. I set a rule I call "one shop, one path": before any new channel is signed, reconcile it against every existing path. I specified a distribution console around a canonical book-set identifier, with each channel described by a capability profile instead of hard-coded logic. That lets the team add channels without rewriting the core.
What it produced
Samawy distributes through partners including Ingram, OverDrive, Hoopla, EBSCOHost, Kobo, De Marque, InAudio, YouScribe and STCK.me.
